Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Invest to Freedom Academy, run by Phillip Crawford through P.A.C Firms LLC DBA PAC Consulting (“we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares information on this page. It covers this page only. Once you continue to Skool, Skool's own privacy policy covers what you give Skool.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in the join form we collect your first name, email address and phone number, what you want help with (fixing your credit, getting funding or buying a business), and whether you ticked either text message consent box.
Information collected automatically. With your form we record the address of this page, the page that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters and Meta's click ID, fbclid), so we can tell which ad brought you. Our server also sees your IP address and browser details.
Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies on this site so Meta (Facebook and Instagram) can measure how our ads perform and show them to relevant audiences. When you send the form, we also send Meta your first name, email address and phone number in hashed (one-way encoded) form, with your IP address and browser details, so Meta can match your sign-up to an ad you saw. That data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy, and you can control how Meta uses it in your Meta ad preferences.
How we use your information
- To send you on to Skool to finish joining the academy.
- To contact you about your membership by email, phone, or text if you agreed to texts.
- To point you to the right help for what you told us you need.
- To measure which ads and campaigns work.
How we share your information
- GoHighLevel, our customer-relationship platform, receives your form so our team can follow up.
- Meta receives the hashed details and ad data described under “Meta Pixel” above.
- Skool receives only the campaign tags in the link when we send you there, not your form details. Anything you enter on Skool is between you and Skool.
- Our partner law firm receives your information only if you ask to be connected with them for credit repair.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
We only text you if you tick a consent box on the join form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of joining. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as reasonably needed to support your membership, follow up with you, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing phill@pacconsults.com.
Children's privacy
This page is for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with a new “Last updated” date. See also our Terms of Service.
